It is priced by the job like the rest of Atler's work, with a free estimate up front, so there is no surprise about cost before the inspection is booked.

Panel inspections and general home inspections are named as their own separate lines on Atler's own service page, not folded together as one generic walk-through. A panel inspection looks specifically at the service panel; a general home inspection covers the electrical systems across the whole property.

Either can be booked on its own, or together, depending on what the situation calls for. Both are covered under the same NJ Electrical License #12498A, and both come with a free estimate.

Atler describes the work as a visual inspection of the existing electrical systems, and that phrase is kept exactly as published. This is not a pass or fail certification and it is not a claim that the work meets any particular code, because neither is something Atler publishes about this service.
