Lighting · Troubleshooting and Installation
New fixtures, old wiring, and every chandelier in between.
Atler’s published lighting work spans landscape lighting installations, new or additional fixture installations, remodeling of existing lighting, and troubleshooting, across Monmouth County, indoors and out, residential and commercial.
New fixtures, and fixtures where there were none.
New and additional fixture installation covers both ends of the same job: a room that has never had a fixture, and a room that already has one but needs another. Atler Electric Inc lists both as new-fixture work, residential and commercial, not two different services with two different price structures.
A stairwell that gets its first pendant and a dining room that gets its first statement fixture go in against the same standard, wired and mounted by the same crew that has done this work in Monmouth County since 1994.

Outside, after dark.
Landscape lighting installation is its own named offering, separate from anything indoors. Atler Electric Inc wires and installs the fixtures that light a walkway, a facade or a yard after the sun goes down, the same licensed and insured work carried outside.
It is priced the same way as everything else on this page: free to estimate, and charged by the job rather than the hour, because installing outdoor lighting is not the kind of job where the scope is unknown going in.

Remodelling light that already exists.
Remodeling of existing lighting is its own published line, distinct from installing something new. A fixture that no longer suits a renovated room, or a lighting layout left over from a previous owner, gets remodeled rather than swapped for a catalog replacement.
That covers chandeliers and other statement fixtures as much as anything simpler. Atler Electric Inc handles the ornate installs and the plain ones under the same NJ Electrical License #12498A and the same one-year guarantee on the finished work.
When a light is the symptom, not the fault.
Troubleshooting lighting issues, residential and commercial, is the one part of this page priced by the hour rather than by the job. A fixture that flickers, a switch that has stopped doing anything, or a circuit that trips when the lights come on all get diagnosed before anything is replaced, because the light itself is rarely the actual fault.
Every other lighting job on this page, installation, remodeling, or landscape work, is priced by the type of job and estimated for free. Troubleshooting is the honest exception, because until the fault is found, nobody, including Atler, knows how long it will take.
Call (732) 389-2375, or send the job details and Atler will get back to you.
